Delete my account and data
You can ask us at any time to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you. You do not need to sign in and you do not need to install anything - this page is enough. Use the form below and we will handle the request.
What is deleted
When we act on your request we delete your login account and the personal data attached to it: your contact record (name, e-mail address, telephone number and job title), your password, your active sessions and any remember-me tokens, your language and display preferences, and the files and messages you have sent us through the portal - except where a record falls under the retention rules described below.
What we have to keep, and why
Some records cannot be deleted on request because the law requires us to keep them. This applies in particular to invoices, payment records and the correspondence that belongs to them, which tax, commercial and accounting law obliges us to retain. Those records are kept for the period the applicable legislation prescribes, are not used for any other purpose in the meantime, and are deleted, destroyed or anonymised once that period ends. We also keep a record of your deletion request itself, so that we can show it was received and answered.
How long it takes
We answer your request without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving it. If we need further information from you to confirm who you are, that period starts when we have it.
How to make the request
Each of the following ways produces the same result:
1. Use the form on this page. You do not need an account or a password. We send a confirmation link to the address you enter; opening it confirms the request.
2. Sign in to the portal and use the same page from inside your account. Because you are already signed in, no confirmation e-mail is needed.
3. In the Wepro Agent app: More › Settings › Delete account. Once the app has confirmed it is you (device lock or a code sent to your e-mail), your request reaches us directly and you are signed out.
